Yes, it really is that quick! Just remember to put the ice cream maker bowl in the freezer in plenty of time (at least 16 hours or overnight), or always have it ready in your freezer, and you can make your favourite ice creams in less than half an hour(3).

It spreads and scrapes the tiny ice crystals off the walls of the frozen bowl, and incorporates air, to create that thick and dreamy texture.
