Shipping Overview
We aim to get your gaming and computing gear to you as quickly as possible. We currently ship across the UK with fast dispatch times of 1-2 working days.
Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT/BSTĀ on a working day will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We offer the following delivery options:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions, therefore not guaranteed.
Delivery Restrictions
- We currently only ship within the UK.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
- Some remote locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Lost or Delayed Orders
- If your order hasnāt arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking details first.
- If your package is delayed beyond 10Ā working days, contact our support team at contact@lazymart.co.uk.
- If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund in line with our policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24Ā hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as required.
Cancellations & Address Changes
- If you need to cancel or change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order is dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
